VectorCSP and its teammates are committed to "walk the
talk" on Quality. We believe that a Quality Philosophy must be
institutionalized within the organization – from top to bottom.
VectorCSP's outstanding record in supporting our customers
has been built upon the ability to deliver accurate, thorough, and timely
deliverables – all within Task Order authorizations. Our success is based on
five Continuous Quality Assurance elements:

Informal monitoring of both the technical and scheduled aspects of
tasks and deliverables.

Conducting formal Quality Assurance Reviews.
·
Obtaining client feedback. Includes interaction with customer
team members to identify problem areas, discuss solutions, and receive a
continual assessment of satisfaction.

Managing and controlling administrative functions. Includes
management of timesheets, invoices, CDRL requirements, employment policies and
procedures, and correspondence to the Task Order Officer and appropriate
government personnel.

Monitoring fiscal performance. Entails accurate labor hours and
Other Direct Cost (ODC) accounting and status reporting complete with fiscal
projections for labor and ODC usage.
VectorCSP maintains, on staff, an
ISO 9001:2000 certified auditor, Mr. Damien Walz. Mr. Walz provides key input
to leadership and Task Managers regarding compliance with standard ISO processes
and procedures. Additionally, each member of the VectorCSP Team is an ISO
9001:2000 certified company, and will serve as an important resource for
quality assurance. |
