VectorCSP is a woman-owned corporation based in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. We manage transformational change and optimize the performance of individuals, systems and organizations. A group of experts in logistics, workforce performance, training, engineering, aviation management and information technology launched VectorCSP in 2002 to develop training and logistics solutions for the U.S. Coast Guard and the Department of Homeland Security. Since then our company has built an unmatched network of highly skilled employees, specialized consultants, and strategic partnerships in industry and academia.
