Barry Harner is vice president of operations for VectorCSP. Since joining the company in 2007, his strategic expertise and insight have proven invaluable in transforming client logistics programs to achieve optimal performance levels.
Barry applies more than 30 years of direct experience to serve as a subject matter expert in critical areas, such as aviation operations, safety, engineering and integrated logistics. He's also adept in workforce and supply chain management, acquisitions and contracting, as well as technology development.
Under Barry's direction, Vector has created a logistics model of aviation best practices that helped transform client operations. He applied his engineering and logistics expertise to develop the framework for Vector's Workforce Performance Model. Barry's extensive career includes a position as director of Department of Homeland Security Operations for Perot Systems where he directed USCG and Department of Homeland Security programs covering aviation and integrated logistics.
His active duty military experience in the U.S. Coast Guard provides the foundation for his knowledge with Vector clients.
Barry has a Bachelor of Economics degree from the USCG Academy and holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Security Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
