Damien Walz is Director of Business Development for VectorCSP. His expertise in management, analysis, business development and marketing are valued assets to the company and its clients. He develops and executes strategic and tactical business capture plans, including cooperative teaming and contract vehicle acquisition.
As a federal contractor for Vector, Damien has served in numerous development and management positions gaining a range of expertise, including several client engagements.
As Project Manager for the U.S. Coast Guard's Logistics Business Model development, he defined and documented its aviation logistics business model. This effort has helped port the aviation model across the entire USCG enterprise nationwide.
Damien holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Frostburg State University and his Teacher's Certification from Elizabeth City State University. Currently, he's completing an MBA program at East Carolina University.
