Patrick Cumby, Vice President Business Development

Patrick Cumby serves as Senior Business Consultant for VectorCSP. With more than 20 years of experience, clients rely on his enterprise performance strategies, training and human performance expertise, and technical skills.

Patrick's team conceived, designed, and developed Pathfinder - Vector's suite of performance analysis tools used to analyze and transform numerous jobs in organizations ranging from the USDA to the Department of Homeland Security.

Prior to joining Vector, Patrick was an executive management consultant in the government and industry sectors, specializing in change management methodologies and technologies. He has provided organizational performance improvement results for the U.S. Coast Guard, Yahoo!, BellSouth, Geac, and others. Patrick has held executive and management positions an array of technology companies, including Motorola, Global Village Communication, and Itex Corporation. In addition, Patrick has managed complex aviation and software engineering projects, and has been instrumental in the start up of several successful businesses.

Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration from The College of William & Mary.
