Stan Nielsen joined VectorCSP as director of operations with more than 30 years experience in administering the U.S. Coast Guard and other civilian customers' aviation logistics and maintenance programs. He understands how Vector's clients believe that logistics and maintenance programs are the backbone of the support teams. Stan also has a firm understanding of the responsibilities these maintenance and support teams face daily and precisely what works to get the job done.

Before coming on board with Vector, he served in various positions with the U.S. Coast Guard, including as Standard Boat APO Project/Safety Manager, Program Manager and Aviation Logistics Manager. He was also a field service engineer, an ACMS maintenance analyst, and held other positions that provided hands-on experience.

Stan earned his degree from Florida Technological University and has garnered numerous maintenance and analyst licenses and professional certifications.
