Overview
VectorCSP provides a comprehensive suite of logistics services, including analysis, design, development, training, and implementation of logistics plans; workforce analysis, transformation development and support; engineering support; performance monitoring and project management. Using state-of-the-art survey tools, workshop facilitation and face-to-face data acquisition techniques, VectorCSP supports a variety of workforce models from inception to sustainment.
VectorCSP has provided Project Management, Product Line Support, Engineering support and training to the HH-60 Product Line of the Coast Guard's Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City NC, U.S. Navy -(NAVAIR), the HH-65 helicopter use-of-force capability project, technical project management support for ARSC's Safety Division, including Program Management and Data Analysis for Coast Guard Flight Data Information Systems and Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA). Support is also provided for Flight Recorder System installations, upgrades, analysis, and the implementation of an MFOQA program.
VectorCSP performed a comprehensive analysis and report of job activities within the Farm Service Agency resulting in production of a training needs assessment for 22,000 county and state personnel. This data allowed for the development of performance measures and management reports in support of the FSA’s move to Performance-Based Management Processes.
Through the use of online survey tools, the acquisition of the portable and web based Group Systems Think Tank™ software, web-based data collection and performance dashboards, and the Pathfinder™ Enterprise Transformation Platform, VectorCSP has continued to help define the cutting edge of workforce analysis, training, design and transformation. VectorCSP personnel have the experience, training, tools, and attitude to bring about positive change.
