PathFinder. PathFinder represents an innovative way to
rapidly develop highly effective training programs, performance support materials, and assessments of training effectiveness at a lower total cost than with traditional tools and techniques.

Success Stories
Our Human Performance Systems team leader was the key architect of the Coast Guard's new performance-based training programs and policies. These innovative distance-learning programs were designed specifically to deploy a structured OJT approach that features a coaching/mentoring accountability system to ensure performance skills are achieved. This new distance learning system resulted in a dramatic increase in supervisory involvement in the planned professional development of personnel and the avoidance of having to expand classroom training resources. Most importantly, there was a measurable improvement in performance of the workforce. A testament to the program's success is that the courses are being used by the Coast Guard to train
the Iraqi Defense Forces.
Recently, Coast Guard training centers have adopted components of our Pathfinder suite of training development software. The training centers are using the tools to produce end-of-course tests as well as servicewide examinations that are administered to all enlisted personnel in order to establish echelon rankings for promotion purposes.
Private Sector Experience
In addition to developing training systems for government, our team members have designed and produced successful distance-learning programs for private sector firms including Motorola, Dun & Bradstreet, Corel, and Yahoo!.
