April, 2010 - Vector awarded District Level Business Partner of the Year by Elizabeth City Pasquotank Public Schools
In recognition of VectorCSP's support and donation of supplies and equipment to local classroom teachers and students, the Elizabeth City Pasquotank Public Schools awarded Vector as their District Level Business Partner of the Year. Vector also received individual Business Partner of the Year recognition from Northside Elementary, Sheep Harney Elementary and Elizabeth City Middle School.
Early in the school year, Vector purchased a case of copy paper for every teacher in the district - 485 cases of paper. In addition to the much needed paper, Vector employees rallied and donated other basic supplies for the classrooms. Finally, as a bonus, Vector conducted an essay contest for all interested teachers. Three lucky teachers' essays were selected and each of the winners was awarded $2,000.00 worth of equipment and supplies to benefit their students.
Each year VectorCSP strives to give something back to the community in which we do business. For the past three years, we have worked with the Elizabeth City Pasquotank County School District to purchase and provide necessary items that the teachers need for their classrooms, but might not receive without donor assistance.
