MOBIS is an easy-to-use contracting vehicle designed to provide agencies with fast, affordable access to VectorCSP's services. Using MOBIS, agencies can contract for a variety of management organizational and business improvement services.

The minimum order under MOBIS is $300 with a suggested maximum of $1 million. Single and multiple BPAs are allowed. Orders under $2,500 can be placed directly with the contractor. For orders greater than $2,500, the following process should be followed:

1. Prepare the Statement of Work
2. Send the RFQ to at least 3 MOBIS contractors
3. Review the Schedule Contractor quotes received
4. Consider price plus administrative costs
5. Select the "best value" contractor
6. Place order directly with contractor
 

Management, Organizational & Business Improvement Services (MOBIS)

VectorCSP has been awarded the GSA Management, Organizational, & Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) schedule. We provide MOBIS services in the following areas:

Consulting Services (SIN 874-1). We provide consulting services to Federal agencies to assist in their efforts to comply with the President's Management Agenda and their transformation to Performance Based Management practices. The consulting services include, but are not limited to:

1) Human Performance Technology
2) Performance Management and Measurement
3) Workforce Performance Modeling
4) Human Factors and Training Needs Assessment.

Survey Services (SIN 874-3). We provide the following survey services to Federal agencies:

1) Workplace Performance Interviews
2) Web-Based Workforce and Job Task Surveys
3) Data Compilation and Analysis.

Program Integration and Project Management Services (SIN 874-7). We provide program and project management services in the following technical areas:

1) Integrated Logistics Support Services
2) Equipment Acquisition and Life Cycle Management
3) Engineering and Technical Support Services Management.
