VectorCSP was awarded a contract to perform a study and analysis of the Watercraft Maintenance program for the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) at Pier 23 in Tacoma, Washington in support of the Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) 137. The objective of this study and analysis is to identify and perform operational gap analysis, process improvements identification, and resource requirements and labor analysis to support the mission.
Maintenance activities, personnel staffing, and processes will be evaluated by VectorCSP to improve operational efficiency. The USAR operates in an increasingly high-threat environment with technically complex assets and mission scenarios; therefore, its contracted support must have significant history conducting
logistics and manpower analyses, and a watercraft support pedigree.
