Summer Vincent is VectorCSP’s Chief Administrative Officer. She joined the company in 2016, providing strategic human resources management and leadership that stems from more than 20 years of business and human resources expertise for both federal and commercial clients.

Summer brings extensive experience in leading strategic talent programs from large, global human resources organizations to Vector’s evolving HR organization, and has a solid track record in developing and deploying successful, repeatable and scalable talent programs.

During her 22-year career at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Summer served as a Global Human Resources Business Partner for the Cyber Security, Cloud and Big Data organizations, Talent Development Leader for corporate, and Human Resources Leader for CSC’s Public Sector. Prior to joining VectorCSP, Summer served as the Business Operations Manager for CSC’s Global Security Services organization as well as a Contracts and Subcontracts Administrator in CSC’s federal organization.

She earned her MBA with a focus in Human Resources Management at Saint Leo University in Tampa, FL.
