VectorCSP, supported by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Decision Lens, was awarded a task order to conduct a study focused on One DHS Aviation Mission Prioritization. The team will utilize a proven and established Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) decision support tool and methodology to prioritize aviation missions based on their relative importance in achieving Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) goals and objectives. The study will provide DHS leadership with a clear picture of how Customs Border Patrol (CBP) and United States Coast Guard (USCG) aviation missions are currently aligned, along with recommendations for how to optimally coordinate DHS aviation missions among its component agencies.
