VectorCSP Consulting was awarded the contract for ongoing strategic support for the Greater Triangle Chapter if IFMA (International Facilities Management Association).
Last May The Greater Triangle Chapter of IFMA (International Facilities Management Association) contracted with VectorCSP to provide consultation and facilitation services for their annual Strategic Planning session. VectorCSP assisted in the development of Growth Management goals aligned with the Strategic Objectives. During the 2-day session each committee and the board planned initiatives for the year ahead that are aligned with and support the Strategic Objectives and Growth Management goals. VectorCSP finalized the Chapter Balanced Scorecard as well as Scorecards for each Objective, and each committee/board, outlining their initiatives, alignment with strategic plan, and a calendar based roadmap for implementation.
VectorCSP has just been awarded the contract to provide ongoing consulting support to Chapter for assistance in implementation, tracking, and reporting on the chapter initiatives, and to facilitate the 2013 annual Strategic Planning session.
