It’s not all work at VectorCSP, we play too! Vector is currently facilitating the third annual, company-wide Employee Engagement Step Challenge from October 5 through October 18, 2020. The event includes employees from all locations across the country; the entire Vector Family.
The purpose of the Challenge is to engage with each other across the miles and foster team building. The idea is to keep it simple, engage one another to be part of a larger corporate family, and experience the health benefits of increased activity.
This year we have 15 teams and team captains with up to 15 participants on each team. The participants track their steps every day during the competition and report the total number of steps to the team captain, as determined. At the end of the two-week period all steps are totaled, and the team with the most steps will be declared the 2020 Step Challenge Champion! Various categories of recognition are given at the conclusion of the contest.
