The team, which includes Sev1Tech as the prime and VectorCSP and BayFirst Solutions as subs, will provide program management support services to enhance ALC’s business processes and improve operational efficiency. The ALC BOD program enables USCG mission success by providing key decision-makers with process planning, data analysis, and strategic partnership recommendations that optimize value for the entire ALC. To further ALC BOD’s mission to maximize return on investment, the team will support ALC BOD business decisions, providing comprehensive operational and functional requirements analysis, financial and logistics analysis, staffing support, and quality and environmental management system sustainment support.
